Assessment form ("Check my eligibility"): professional identity and contact details (first name, last name, company, email, optional phone) and a declarative profile of your company (age, headcount, headquarters location, legal form, revenue, industry, bank-debt situation, presence of an accountant, estimated time per department on repetitive tasks, approximate hourly cost).

"Get the Manifesto as a PDF" form: email address.

Browsing data: our audience measurement is self-hosted and works without cookies or advertising trackers; it collects aggregated statistics (page views, device type). No cookie requiring consent is set by this site.

4. Purposes and legal bases

  • Building your savings estimate and sharing it with you — performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request
  • Reviewing your profile and preparing the meeting with an AI Capital™ expert, including the review of your eligibility for financing solutions — pre-contractual measures
  • Contacting you about your request and sending you information about our offers — consent (expressed by sending the form) and legitimate interest
  • Sending you the Manifesto and our AI Capital™ content — consent, withdrawable at any time (unsubscribe link)
  • Audience measurement and site improvement — legitimate interest (aggregated statistics, no cookies)

5. Retention periods

  • Form data (prospecting): 3 years after your last contact
  • Browsing statistics: aggregated data, no individual identification
  • If you subscribe to an offer, the data joins the client file and follows the retention periods set by the Fluxcaler ecosystem privacy policy

6. Data recipients

Your data may be shared with the following categories of recipients:

  • E.INVEST SLU (Fluxcaler ecosystem) — form processing and CRM, on its own infrastructure in Europe
  • SMTP2GO — transactional email delivery (estimate, Manifesto)
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — site hosting, CDN, DNS and network security
  • Our online scheduling partner, when you book a time slot

7. International transfers

Your data may be transferred outside the Principality of Andorra and the European Economic Area, in particular through our technical providers (Cloudflare). These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, provider compliance certifications). We never sell your personal data to third parties.

AI Capital™ services are intended for professionals and are not directed at persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
